此岗位工作地：南通如东/上海，都可。
1. 建立、维护和持续改进公司质量管理体系（ISO13485、GMP），保证体系的有效运行。
2. 参与管理产品各阶段的变更和风险管理活动，确保变更和风险活动按照法律法规和公司体系要求开展。
3. 制订项目管理计划，并在实施的过程中落地，确保项目交付质量。
4. 负责日常的NC和投诉调查和处理，并对问题进行汇总分析，组织指定相应的改善措施并督促执行。
5. 参与新产品研发过程，确保产品的开发历程依据GMP和公司体系执行，并主导开展产品的设计验证工作。
6. 编制项目涉及到的DHF和DMR文件（例如：建立原材料、过程、成品检验规程、标准测试方法及方法学验证等）。
7. 监督生产现场，保证生产操作合规、稳定，审核设计开发历史记录(例如:检验记录及生产批记录等)。
8. 供应商质量管理，包括现场审核、供方质量问题处理等。
9. 收集、分析质量数据，撰写质量报告，为管理决策提供数据支持，推动质量持续改进。
1. 学历:全日制本科及以上学历，电子/电气工程、生物医学工程、自动化专业；
2. 经验:5年以上医疗器械QA经验，完整参与过至少1个II类/川I类有源产品项目(设计开发至上市阶段)；
3. 熟悉ISO9001及ISO13485管理体系要求，熟悉质量管理工具(QC七大手法)与风险管理工具(五大核心工具)，能利用质量工具进行质量数据的统计与分析；
