岗位职责：
1、完成公司工业AI智能体产品开发交付，对产品质量负责；
2、参与公司工业AI智能体产品技术方案设计，如架构及技术选型；
3、与产品、算法、客户侧工程人员协作，推动产品功能迭代。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、Python 熟练，有独立开发项目的经验，熟悉常用的开发框架；
3、具备良好的工程能力，代码结构清晰、可维护、可部署；
4、扎实的数据结构和算法能力，具备较好的学习能力

加分项：
1、有全栈开发能力，对前端了解；
2、有丰富的AI Coding经验
3、有复杂业务系统的开发经验
