岗位描述
1、负责对客需求开发工作，包括日常任务开发、测试验证配合与开发提效组件引入。
2、负责python服务建设，包括服务性能调优、日志上报监控、组件升级、漏洞修复与访问控制。
3、参与AI创新应用组件与环境准备，包括向量库、大模型、知识库的本地化部署与调试。
4、参与算法优化与模型训练工作，包括标注数据准备、评测集本地运行调试等工作。

高级要求：
1.有计算机相关的专业基础，具备良好的算法编程思想。
2.有python后台开发经验，熟悉python后台框架，如Django、Flask等，熟悉并有java编程经验的优先。
3.熟悉数据库，以及有相关的SQL语句调优经验。
4.具备良好的编程习惯和沟通能力。
