岗位职责:
1.根据产品或项目需求，负责技术开发工作，使用Java语言及相关技术栈实现功能模块；
2.对现有系统进行维护，包括修复Bug、性能优化、代码重构等，确保系统稳定运行；

任职要求：

3.精通至少一种主流消息中间件（Kafka/RocketMQ/RabbitMQ），掌握其核心机制，精通分布式、微服务架构，并具备相关实际项目经验；
4.具备技术架构评审与代码质量管控能力，熟悉CI/CD, 自动化测试等DevOps实践;
5.具备完整的项目交付经验，能够独立或协同完成从需求评审到上线交付的全流程工作；
6.主导过核心模块技术方案设计及落地者优先；
