6、负责体系文件控制，审核质量手册、质量方针、目标，指导各部门负责人对相关文件的使用、保管、收集、整理与归档，负责对现有体系文件定期评审，
7、审查各部门编制的质量记录在案格式，并审批、负责监督、管理各部门的质量记录，指导各部门为对质量记录的整理和保管。
8、向上级领导报告质量管理体系运行情况，提出改进建议、制定管理评审计划。
9、审查各有关部门编制的质量计划，指导品质部门对质量策划实施情况进行监督检查。协助、协调各部门负责人对相关质量策划及编制、实施相应质量计划。
【任职资格】
（1）文科专业。
（2）英语读写熟练、中文流利。
（3）文件写作流畅，条理清晰，表达能力强。
（4）接受企业管理、系统管理、质量管理等的专业培训。
（5）具备强大的心理素质
（6）5年以上制造业企业管理实务，有质量管理体系推行的经验。
技能技巧：
（1）熟悉ISO质量管理体系运行。
（2）熟悉工厂整体运作，并有全局观念，较强的组织、协调、沟通能力。
