1、经营分析与决策支持
负责销售板块日常经营数据登记与分析，按月输出销售分析报告，精准拆解业务数据波动原因，挖掘经营痛点与增长机会，为销售策略调整、市场拓展、产品定价、客户分层运营提供专业财务依据。
2、预算管理与销售费用管控
主导销售板块年度、季度、月度预算编制、拆解、落地跟进工作，结合销售目标、渠道拓展计划、市场促销活动等合理调配财务资源；全程监控销售费用、市场推广费、渠道返利、差旅费等各类费用使用情况，实时预警预算超支、资源浪费等问题，出具优化调整方案，严控费用合规性与投入产出比。
3、销售账务处理
负责销售账务全链条管理工作，建立、维护并完善标准化销售台账，精准登记客户订单、销售发货、对账结算、等全维度数据，确保台账信息真实、完整、同步更新；常态化开展应收账款账龄分析，精准梳理不同客户、不同账期欠款情况，识别逾期风险，制定专项回款追踪方案，联动销售团队跟进回款进度、催收逾期款项，有效降低坏账率，保障企业资金回笼；
4、流程优化与风险管控
重点负责销售业务内控流程监督与落地管控，全面覆盖客户签约、订单下达、发货出库、对账结算、费用报销、渠道合作、回款核销等全销售环节，严格监督各项业务流程合规执行，及时发现、纠正业务操作中的不规范行为，堵塞管理漏洞；建立常态化销售风险排查机制，精准识别销售全流程中的财务、税务、合规风险；独立负责客户信用管理工作，搭建并完善客户信用评估体系，结合客户资质、合作历史、回款情况、经营状况等维度完成客户信用评级，核定客户信用额度、账期标准，动态更新客户信用档案，针对高风险客户提前预警、制定风控应对措施。5、业财协同赋能
深度参与销售业务会议、新项目立项、市场活动复盘等一线工作，实时对接销售团队财务需求；常态化开展财务知识赋能培训，提升业务人员预算意识、合规意识与成本管控意识，助力销售业务高效、合规开展。
