岗位职责：
1、负责【方舟健客网上药店】订单履约、OA或ERP等核心业务系统的开发；
2、深入理解B2C电商业务场景，完成订单生命周期管理、履约流程优化、库存调度等关键模块的设计与实现；
3、编写软件开发过程中的技术文档，包括系统设计、接口规范、部署手册等；
4、参与系统的部署、维护与性能优化，保障系统在高并发场景下的稳定运行。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件相关专业，2年以上Java开发经验；
2、Java基础扎实，熟悉JVM原理、多线程、集合框架等，具备良好的编码习惯；
3、熟练掌握Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Data JPA、MyBatis等主流开源框架，了解其原理和机制，有框架二次开发或重构经验者优先；
4、熟悉MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库，具备良好的SQL编写能力和一定的调优经验；
5、熟悉Linux操作系统，掌握常用命令，具备Java项目在Linux环境下的自动构建与部署能力；
6、熟悉Maven等构建工具，了解分布式系统设计，对缓存、消息队列、负载均衡等机制有实际应用经验者优先；
7、熟练使用Git等版本控制工具，具备良好的团队协作和文档编写能力。
