岗位职责：
1. 负责汽车热管理产品（包括空调箱，集成模块，冷却模块等）的，刚度，模态，疲劳耐久等仿真分析工作；
2. 负责FEA仿真的建模，分析，后处理，仿真结果出报告；
3. 负责根据仿真结果提供优化建议，解决结构和耐久性问题；
4. 跟踪试验并校核FEA仿真结果，跟踪产品振动耐久试验，对产品失效模式进行分析和改进；
5. 参与暖通空调设计项目团队，协助分析和解决暖通空调设计问题；
6. 定期总结和发布工程经验教训，参与VAVE降本分析活动；
7. 协助项目可行性研究。
任职要求：
1. 机械类、材料类、力学类，或相关工程类专业，硕士以上学历学位，2年以上工作经验；
2. 扎实的机械，材料方面知识，对结构力学分析及机械原理有一定理解，能正确解析FEA分析结果，清晰撰写FEA分析报告；
3. 熟练使用 ANSA、HyperMesh 等网格划分工具，并能熟练利用网格工具提取中间面；
4. 熟练掌握 Nastran 或 Abaqus 及其在暖通空调和热管理系统部件有限元分析中的应用，掌握模态分析、振动耐久性分析、强度分析、压力循环分析等；
5. 能够用英语与组织内各级人员及客户进行有效沟通，英语CET-4以上，具备较强的语言表达和沟通能力，思路清晰；
6. 熟练掌握计算机应用，包括电子表格、文字处理、展示文档编写，项目管理和数据库等；
7. 能够适应短期出差，承受一定工作压力。
