岗位职责：
1，负责车载电机控制器产品的主板、驱动板等PCB的布局、布线设计及优化。
2，负责PCB的散热、EMC（电磁兼容）、信号完整性及电源完整性设计。
3，协同硬件工程师完成器件选型、封装创建及设计评审。
4，输出生产所需的光绘、装配图等全套PCB设计文件。
5，跟进PCB制板、焊接及调试，解决相关的设计与工艺问题。
6，参与硬件电路板功能/性能测试工作；
7，主导指定PCB相关技术规范制定
岗位要求：
1,本科及以上学历，电子相关专业，4年以上汽车电子或大功率PCB设计经验。有车载电力电子/电机驱动工作经验者优先考虑。
2,精通Altium Designer或Cadence等主流设计工具；熟悉汽车级PCB可靠性、散热及EMC设计规范；
3,主导过团队内部的PCB设计规范、评审checklist及仿真验证流程；具备指导和培训中级工程师的能力，推动团队整体设计水平与效率的提升。
4,具备牵头攻克高功率密度、高开关频率下PCB的极端热管理与高频EMI抑制等复杂技术难题的能力；能主导或参与对下一代技术（如新材料、新工艺、集成化封装）的可行性研究与技术预研。
