【岗位职责】：
1、负责软件开发团队的日常管理与项目进度把控，确保项目按时高质量交付；
2、参与系统架构设计与技术方案制定，指导团队成员进行代码开发与流程优化（软件配置管理（SCM）、代码审查、持续集成/持续部署（CI/CD））
3、主导关键智能算法（如数据处理、优化调度、AI模型集成等）的模块化设计、实现与性能优化。

【任职资格】：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、自动化等相关专业。
2、5年以上软件开发经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
3、具备完整的智能装备软件系统设计、开发与落地经验，曾作为核心负责人领导团队完成从需求到上线的全过程。
4、熟悉Java后端开发，前端相关技术（如 Vue/React/Angular 之一），能全栈开发能力。
5、熟悉数据结构、算法设计及系统架构，有丰富的软件调试和性能优化经验。
6、熟悉软件可靠性设计、软件工程理论与实践，精通软件配置管理（SCM）工具与方法（如Git/GitLab）。
7、多线程编程、网络通信协议、UI/Web服务开发及至少一种主流通信中间件（如Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka等）。
8、拥有机器人、工业自动化、智能物流等相关行业背景者优先。
9、对人工智能算法、多传感器数据融合处理有实际项目经验者优先。
10、具备工业领域MES、SCADA等系统开发经验者优先。
