岗位职责：
1、落实EHS(环境、健康、安全)管理体系，编制相关制度、SOP并落地。
2、开展安全培训、隐患排查、风险评估(如JSA)，整改跟踪闭环。
3、施工作业安全的管理:供应商选择，四令三制的审核，工作危害分析、施工方案的审核，作业票签发，现场施工监督等
4、劳保用品的全流程管理:选型，采购，验收，发放，佩戴的监督等新产品。
5、新工艺和新原料引入的审核
6、职业健康管理，包括员工的入职、在岗和离岗职业体检，职业危害因素检测等工作
7、化学品的采购、储存、使用和报废的监管(危化品，易制毒易制爆，剧毒化学品等
8、负责三废(废水/废气/固废)合规管理，落实环保排放要求。
9、处理安全/环保异常、事故调查，组织应急演练，保障合规运营。
10、对接环保、应急等部门，完成许可、检测、报备、验收等相关工作，包括项目的同时工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上，安全工程、环境工程、化工相关专业。
2、1-3年精细化工EHS从业经验，熟悉化工安全、环保法规。
3、必须有化工的安全管理人员资格证(有注册安全工程师证可忽略此条要求)。
4、懂化学品管理、防爆安全、三废处理，能独立开展隐患排查。
5、具备应急处置、报告编制能力，持有注册安全工程师证优先。
6、责任心强，严谨细致，能配合现场检查、落实整改。
