职责描述：
1. 基于视觉、点云、轨迹大数据等多种观测手段，设计和研发Transformer架构的视觉大模型、多模态大模型，高自动化达成对现实世界的高精度数字孪生。
2. 基于视觉和轨迹大数据等多种观测手段，建立空间智能多模态大语言模型，在对现实世界的高精度数字孪生的同时，能完成更复杂的各类推理任务，服务于各类地理位置功能。
3. 紧跟领域前沿，建设*流的AI生产力，高指标落地工业应用。

任职要求：
1、精通机器学习、深度学习，对于Transformer架构和多模态大模型有深刻理解，有很丰富的实践经验，具备创新研究能力和较强的工程能力。
2、在智能驾驶、智慧出行、地理信息服务、数字孪生领域有应用经验者优先。
3、编程能力出色，熟练掌握Python和C++，掌握Pytorch/Tensorflow。
4、熟练掌握深度学习各类模型架构的使用和设计。
