5-关注设计领域的*新发展，快速学习掌握新的技术和工具。
6-与开发工程师、项目经理和其他团队成员紧密合作，跟进开发落地效果。

二、任职要求
1-本科及以上学历，设计或人机交互等相关专业。
2-熟练掌握iOS和Android移动端UI设计的基本原理和技巧，了解不同平台的UI设计方案和规范要求。
3-熟练使用Sketch，Adobe Photoshop，Adobe Illustrator等设计软件，具备移动端UI设计能力。
4-具备智能硬件、可穿戴设备或教育类产品设计经验，了解硬件与软件协同设计的特殊性。
5-较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有高质量的设计和用户体验的追求意识。
6-有良好的抗压能力和自我学习能力，具有较强的执行力和责任感。
7-有动画基础或相关软件使用经验者优先。
