1、负责临床项目计划制订、实施、跟踪与更新；
2、负责制定临床项目临床监查计划并组织实施；
3、负责收集、审核CRO公司监查员以及下属监查员的监查报告，项目月度报告，监督解决遇到的问题；
4、根据临床项目的需求，与PI、临床医学专家进行相关的沟通，解决或协助解决临床研究过程中出现的问题；
5、对临床研究项目进行质量控制与管理，保障临床试验项目按照试验方案、项目管理计划书要求顺利执行；
6、作为企业临床联络人，协调和保持好与试验项目参与单位和人员的关系，协调各研究中心、申办者、数据管理人员之间的沟通；
7、协助筛选供应商（包括但不限于CRO、SMO、数据管理和统计分析单位及生物样本分析检测单位）、合同谈判及组织联络；
8、协助建立药物警戒体系，了解相关法律法规，包括上市前和上市后产品安全性数据的调查、分析、处理及上报；
9、上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、药学、临床医学、基础医学及预防医学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年及以上药物临床试验管理工作经验；
2、掌握ICH-GCP、药品管理法、药品注册办法等相关法规；
3、负责并参与过至少两项临床试验，有肿瘤项目经验者优先考虑；
4、具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力、责任心、事业心和压力管理能力；擅长处理人际关系，熟练使用办公软件；
5、具备良好的沟通交流能力，能适应出差；
6、具备一定的项目团队管理经验。
