FAE应用工程师

一、岗位职责
1. 负责汽车熔断器产品在客户端的技术支持工作，包括产品选型、试制、故障排查与解决，确保产品正常运行。
2. 为客户提供产品技术支持，包括产品原理、功能特点等等，提升客户对产品的理解和应用能力。
3. 收集客户在产品使用过程中遇到的问题和反馈，及时整理并反馈给公司内部研发、生产等相关部门，推动产品改进和优化。
4. 协助销售团队进行项目推广，参与客户技术交流会议，提供技术方案和建议，促进项目成交。
5. 建立并维护良好的客户关系，及时响应客户需求，提高客户满意度。
6. 跟踪行业技术发展趋势，研究竞争对手产品特点，为公司产品规划和技术升级提供参考。
二、任职要求
1、本科以上学历，电子、通信、电气等相关专业；
2、具有较强的沟通能力和问题解决能力，能够与客户、内部团队进行有效的沟通和协作。具备良好的服务意识，能够以客户为中心，提供优质的技术支持服务。
3. 具备良好的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和技能，适应不断变化的工作需求。
4. 有较强的责任心和团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力，按时完成工作任务。
3、经验要求：有3-5年以上FAE或相关技术支持工作经验，有车载电子产品技术支持经验者优先。
