职位描述：
1、参与公司IPD流程体系建设，包括顶层架构设计、主流程开发、变革、迭代管理；
2、识别IPD各业务域关键及问题流程，统筹各相关部门端到端流程优化，提出可执行的方案；
3、围绕业务目标，从执行效果出发，协调跨部门的协同运作，推进业务流程规范的建立及持续改进；
4、负责IPD流程体系产品线运营、执行审查、推广培训工作。

职位要求：
1、招聘对象：2026届统招全日制硕士毕业生；
2、专业要求：机械类、电子类、车辆工程、工商管理、技术经济及管理、管理科学与工程、工业工程、信息管理与信息系统等；
3、专业能力：熟悉流程管理（BPM）、项目管理（PMP/Prince2框架）、变革管理核心理论、主流产品开发流程（如IPD、Stage-Gate等），了解车企研发体系者优先；
4、语言要求：通过CET-4或同等及以上水平；
5、综合素质：学习能力强，善于沟通，工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力，能够快速进入新领域、掌握新业务知识；具有较强的逻辑思维能力，能对问题进行准确的描述、定位及总结。
