Who you are:
Make detailed daily, weekly monthly production plan according to the long-term master plan of theder to ensure the daily production is carried out according to the plan. This includes making full use of personnel equipment capacity, reasonably controlling arranging material inventory, considering customerder priority.

About the job:
● Managed productionders, worked closely with the production team manager, made detailed daily, weekly monthly plans to ensure that all materials were accurately sent to the production workshop all production deliverables were met
● Capable of personnel management, reasonably controlled the arrangement of workshop personnel overtime work according to the status of productionders.
● Have the ability to analyse the forecast, cost capacity, etc., improve the capacity balance delivery balance by defining the bottleneck equipment, ensure the optimal utilization of the production capacity
● Prepare periodic reports to determine the accuracy of the plan the main reasons fthe failure to achieve the plan, take corresponding corrective preventive actions
● Capable of supplier management, responsible fdirect purchase of materials to meet production plan execution, includingder creation, delivery, confirmation receiving follow-up. Work with purchasing department other relevant departments to improve supplier quality.
● Forecast calculation share with suppliers. check weekly monthly payments with supplier, invoice in AX, register submit payment tracking.
● Good communication coordination skills.
● Responsible festablishing updating MRP/AX parameters of the system (minimum inventory level, multiple specifications, minimum/maximumder quantity, cycle, supplier delivery time, etc.) to shorten the delivery cycle improve customer satisfaction.
● Be able to set up reasonable storage plan/location fmaterials, including system actual goods/lot /ROP/ safety stock, manage the best stock level, etc.
What you know:
● Bacheldegree above, majin mechanical/logistics/foreign trade is preferred
● 3-5 years working experience in production planning, more than 3 years working experience in metal processing materials production planning, as well as inventory control
● Able to read flow charts develop standard planning processes
● Familiar with bill of materials, production route standard time
● Familiar with Office software ERP system, Microsoft dynamic system if possible
● Get used to working in a production environment
● Be proactive, creative drive change
● Self-motivated,ganized good at getting things done
● Teamwork spirit, good communication skills with relevant departments personnel.
● Good English reading writing skills, goodal expression skills;Ability to speak/write in a meeting setting，etc.
