● 负责Filter 组装有关的工艺标准化与持续改善。同时协助和促进产品转移/新产品项目在本地的开展
Responsible fProcess Standardization improvement which related with Filter assembly, as well as the local project coordinatpromoter ftransfer/new products
● 主导实施ALPS&LSS，运作绿带/黑带项目
Lead ALPS & LSS implementation, Run Green Belt / Black Belt projects.
About the job:
General通用部分:
● 为整个工艺负责, 统筹规划工艺体系，包含:根本问题分析，工艺与布局，节拍
Responsibility fall the manufacture procedure as leader, not only fprocess itself, Arrange the manufacture system from whole view, including Root cause, Layout, Process STD
● 设定工艺与实现工艺的标准化
Setup Process, Process Standardization
● 负责新产品导入和技术转移，包括样品的试制和测试以及产品在生产中各类相关技术文件的编制（如BOM、作业指导书、产品质量控制指导书等文件
Responsible fnew products related technology introduction including trail production testing, as well as all kinds of technical documentation compilation when in production (i.e. BOM, work instruction, processing card, quality planning)
● 对新产品的导入进行必要的风险评估，协调和促进新产品项目在本地的开展
Evaluate the risk of new products introduction in China, coordinate promote the new products localization
● 完成与Filter组装有关的工装模具和夹具的设计和制造
Design accomplish the mold fixture which relate with Filter assembly process
● 支持和调试新项目(包括变更与特殊订单)
Launch support new project（including MCN/DN/Specialder）
● 确保维护ERP系统内BOM/Routing数据的准确
Maintenance the BOM/routing in ERP system Dynamics
● 为生产线提供工装设计、工艺图纸、技术支持
In time provide fixture design, process drawing, technical support
● 精通持续改善和质量意识
Skilled in Continual Improvement quality sense
● 作业现场的技术指导、质量问题的分析与解决
Technical supporting fworkshop, relative quality issues analysis solving
● 培训生产产品与工艺知识
Training department colleagues to have production/process knowledge
● 协助质量部门.解决有关生产方面的客户投诉,给出解决方案并改进现有问题
Support Quality Department, focus on Claim regarding the production, provide short term long-term solution, improve current process.
● 提供有效的技术支持，以协助采购部建立稳定合格的供应商
Providing efficient technical support to PD to establish rational management on supplier system
● 推动并实施区域内的项目与活动，持续优化合同订单流程及相关工具
Drive projects activities within the field, continuously improve our production process tools
● 推动持续改进文化，落实ALPS STC相关工作

● ALPS Progress Days / ALPS Installation差距的分析和提升跟踪

● 主导推进改善活动（包括价值流、标准作业程序、5S、TPM、PRP等）
Lead Kaizen events (VSM, SOPs, 5S, TPM, PRP, etc.)
● 支持日常持续改进工作（PRP问题快速解决、5S现场管理、标准化作业SB等）
Support daily CI (PRP, 5S, SB, etc.)
● 执行以标准作业程序为基础
Execute administrative work with SOP as a base

● 支持本地及部门的ALPS 基础知识培训
Support local depart ALPS basic training
What you know:
● 本科, 主修机械/材料/其他相关专业或等同工作能力
Bachelor’s degree, majin mechanism other related equivalent
● 具有从事机械设备装配行业相关工作3-5年工作经验
Above 3-5 years work experience in manufacture area
● 了解BOM/Routing/标准化
Good experience in BOM & Routing maintain. Familiar with Standardization
● 能熟练使用电脑、办公软件、AutoCAD
Good PC skill, MS-Office, AutoCAD software
● 机械产品的焊接，机加，组装或者测试知识
Experience in Assembly/ machining /Test area
● 具备绿带能力,或者具备项目管理的能力
GB level，Have project management mindset. Black belt is strong benefit.
● 良好的英语沟通能力
Fluent English inal written
