岗位职责：
1、基础设施建设：负责公司智能体（Agent）平台底层的云原生基础设施规划与建设，负责 Kubernetes (K8s) 集群及容器化环境的构建、扩容与日常运维；
2、中间件运维：负责关系型数据库（如 PostgreSQL/MySQL）、向量数据库（如 Milvus/Pinecone）以及消息队列（如 RabbitMQ/Kafka）等中间件的日常部署、高可用架构设计与运维；
3、网络与安全保障：负责保障智能体网络通信的稳定与安全，优化 DNS、HTTP、WebSocket 等应用层协议传输性能，设计并落实网络安全与信息安全策略；
4、故障排查与调优：负责 Linux 系统底层的性能调优，快速响应并解决基础设施及部署链路中的各类技术故障。
任职要求：
1、网络与系统功底：计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实的 TCP/IP 网络协议基础，深入理解 DNS、HTTP、WebSocket 等应用层协议；精通 Linux 系统管理及性能调优，具备优秀的 Shell/Python 脚本编写能力；
2、容器与集群技术：熟练掌握 Docker 容器技术，具备生产环境 Kubernetes (K8s) 集群的规划、构建、网络插件配置及日常运维经验；
3、中间件与安全：熟悉主流数据库与消息中间件的部署与集群维护；熟悉常见的信息安全防护手段（如 SSL/TLS、防火墙、DDoS 防护、漏洞扫描等）；
4、综合素质：具备良好的问题分析与排查能力，较强的学习能力和抗压能力，对 AI 智能体/大模型技术充满热情。
