岗位职责：
1、参与产品需求评审，设计技术实现方案，制订开发计划；
2、根据迭代计划完成所负责模块的详细设计、开发、单元测试工作；
3、与运维团队协作进行软件部署，故障分析，性能调优。
4、负责平台相关公共微服务和公共平台开发。
5、负责平台本地版本问题解决、saas线上问题解决。
任职要求：
1、3-5年及以上工作经验，JAVA基础扎实，熟悉IO，多线程，集合等常用类库，对常用的数据结构原理有基本的了解；
2、掌握常用设计模式，能熟练使用Spring，Spring boot、Spring cloud、 Mybatis等常用开源框架并对原理有一定了解；
3、熟悉Java生态主流的框架，如微服务，缓存，消息等机制，有分布式系统的设计和研发，调优经验；
4、熟悉MySQL等关系型数据库，对数据库优化，性能优化有深刻的认识，熟悉redis，rocketMq等；
5、熟悉容器技术docker、k8s、harbor等，能解决简单的容器问题；
6、熟悉linux系统，对linux安装软件、问题解决有一点了解；
7、善于学习，乐于分享，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神；
