岗位职责
1、根据原理图进行PCB布局和布线设计，封装设计，优化元器件布局，确保信号完整性和电源完整性
2、与团队协作：与硬件工程师沟通，优化布局方案，与结构工程师协作，确保PCB与外壳匹配
3、板级EMC/EMI设计：减少电磁干扰，确保设计符合EMC/EMI标准，合理布局滤波器和屏蔽措施
4、热设计：考虑散热问题，合理布局发热元件，添加散热孔、散热片或热沉。
5、确保设计符合PCB制造工艺要求，优化焊盘、过孔、线宽线距等参数。
6、输出生产文件：生成Gerber文件、钻孔文件和装配图，和元器件坐标文件。
7、设计验证与优化：参与PCB设计的测试和验证，解决相关问题，根据测试结果优化布局和布线
任职要求
1、电子工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、熟练使用至少一种主流PCB设计工具（如Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro、MentPADS等）。
3、了解EMC/EMI设计规范和热设计，熟悉高速电路设计、信号完整性和电源完整性分析。
4、1-3年以上PCB Layout相关工作经验，具备多层板设计经验（如4层、6层及以上）。
5、具有汽车电子行业PCB设计经验者优先
