职位要求
1. 统招本科以上学历（211，985优先），5年或以上JAVA相关互联网行业开发经验；
2. JAVA基本功扎实，熟悉Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud等主流框架，熟悉IoC、AOP、多线程、并发编程、JVM调优等技术，关注代码性能，熟悉常用设计模式；
3. 熟悉MySQL或PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，熟悉数据库范式和性能调优；熟悉Redis、MQ（如Kafka、RabbitMQ）、Prometheus、DataDog、Skywalking、ELK、Clickhouse等常用中间件；
4. 熟悉Java 21+，有Linux跨平台开发经验，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD、DevOps优先；
5. 具备基于微服务架构的实践经验，熟悉服务治理、服务发现、熔断降级等相关技术；
6. 熟悉任意前端框架 (Vue / Angular / React) 优先；
7. 关注*新技术动态与发展，对技术有热情，乐于学习和分享；
8. 有基本的英文读写能力；
9. 性格乐观、乐于交流，拥有较强的自学能力以及独立解决问题的能力，对代码质量有追求。
加分项：
- 有大型分布式系统架构设计经验者优先；
