工作职责
1. 负责医疗业务后台服务与接口开发，对接医院内部系统及第三方医疗平台，保障接口稳定与数据传输安全合规。
2. 基于Python主流框架完成业务功能开发、数据库设计及代码优化，独立承担需求拆解、方案设计、编码落地至单元测试的全流程工作。
3. 配合前端完成前后端联调，排查线上BUG并优化系统响应速度，保障医疗系统7×24小时稳定运行。
4. 参与现有后台系统的迭代升级、性能优化、日志排查及运维支撑，协同产品、测试团队推动项目按期交付。
5. 严格遵守医疗行业数据安全规范，落实患者数据与业务数据的加密及权限管控，并输出规范的开发文档与接口文档。
任职要求
1. 4年及以上全职Python后端开发经验，能独立承接后端开发任务，具备医疗行业项目经验者优先。
2. 熟练掌握Python语法，精通Django/Flask/FastAPI中至少一种主流Web开发框架。
3. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用数据库，掌握SQL优化与缓存使用技巧，具备数据库表结构设计能力。
4. 熟悉RESTful接口规范，了解HTTP/HTTPS协议，有第三方接口对接及数据同步开发经验。
5. 掌握Linux基础命令，能独立完成服务器端项目部署与日常运维排查。
6. 代码风格规范，具备较强的问题排查能力与沟通协作能力，工作责任心强，能适配医院项目现场办公节奏。
