Position: Product Design Engineer

Overall Purpose of the Role
职位总体目标
61 Based on customer input(SOR, technical requirements) information, finish TR&BOM file. Cooperate with sale engineer to get new quotation
根据客户输入的技术要求信息，完成TR&BOM等报价文件，配合销售完成报价工作
61 According to customer requests, finish over molding busbar & battery busbar & charging busbar design development work, including 3D design&2D drawing & DVP& CCSC etc.
根据客户输入要求，完成注塑母排&包内母排&充电母排的设计和开发工作，包括3D&2D数据冻结，DVP&CCSC等设计文件编写
61 Complete project task on time to meet internal PPAP process, ensure product development deliveries can be submitted on time.
根据项目节点需求完成PPAP文件，确保产品开发交付物按时完成
61 Deal with customer issues during the project development process provide solutions to ensure project products delivery.
应对项目开发过程中的客户问题，并快速提供解决方案，确保项目产品交付顺利

Key Responsibilities

61 Ability to capture specify the design requirements
能够有效识别和定义设计需求；
61 Research concept ideas to work out whether new developments innovations would work be cost effective
产品概念的研究，以确定新的发展和创新是否有效，并具有成本效益；
61 Analyse the Engineering Project input inder to interrogate it, reach an agreement integrate it formally in a Design solution
分析工程和项目的投入，以便对其进行审查，达成协议并在设计方案中正式整合；
61 Analyses the design proposals the technical information inder to identify the issues arising during product development, defining implementing adequate solutions inder to reach a feasible proposal with a high perfect quality
分析设计方案和技术信息，以识别产品开发过程中出现的问题，确定并实施适当的解决方案，以达到完美的可行方案；
61 Attend design reviews to present design ideas to discuss critique alternative design solutions
参加设计评审以展示设计理念，并讨论和确定替代设计方案；
61 Carry out simulations of products fnew prototype projects using inhouse software fthe customer provide support feedback on design
为客户进行新产品和原型项目的模拟，并为客户提供支持和反馈；
61 Analyse manage multiple design related issues to identify root cause
分析和管理多个设计相关问题，找出根本原因；
61 Modify designs based on the analysis to re-test analyse until design meets specification requirements
根据分析，修改设计，重新测试和分析，直到设计符合规范要求；
61 Make design changes on existing products track design changes
对现有产品进行设计变更，并跟踪设计变更；
61 Control of Bill of Materials (BoM), CAD Models Engineering Drawings
控制物料清单(BOM)、CAD模型及工程图纸；
61 Support process improvement activities
支持过程改进活动；
Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications experience levels）
职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）
61 Bacheldegree above in mechanical, vehicle, mechanical, electrical, material, etc.
机械、车辆、机电、材料等理工类专业本科及以上学历；
61 Familiar with CATIA UG design software.
熟练使用CATIA或UG设计软件；
61 Good communication ability, innovation ability the team cooperation spirit;
良好的沟通能力、创新能力和团队协作精神；
61 Good English ability is preferred, busbar project experience is preferred
英语良好者优先，具备母排项目工作经验者优先
