1. 标准工时与工艺管理：
· 运用GSD方法论及休闲服/运动服工艺知识，进行产前标准工时核定。
· 负责制作及维护工序表（Operation Bulletin）、工艺路线（Routing）。
· 跟进大货生产工时，分析差异并处理相关生产问题。
2. 标准数据库建设与维护：
· 在ACE系统中建立并维护工序表模板。
· 推动工序数据的标准化，确保工序级别、名称、视频、动作分析、工艺路线等关键信息的准确性与一致性。
3. 流程与效率改善：
· 持续分析和优化现有生产流程、工艺方法及员工作业动作，提升生产效率。
· 通过动作分析和工艺改进，推动生产线平衡，消除瓶颈工序。
4. 培训与指导：
· 培训并指导生产现场管理人员，使其能理解工序表、标准工时及动作分析的核心要点，确保标准落地。
任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，工业工程专业优先；
2、5年及以上服装IE工作经验，有GSD标准工时制定与应用经验，能独立完成动作分析和工时测算；
3、熟练休闲服/运动服制衣工序工艺流程；
4、具备良好的沟通和培训能力，能够与生产团队有效协作。
