岗位说明
1 分析自动驾驶大规模虚拟仿真/道路测试问题，包括感知、预测、规划、控制、地图、定位模块，识别安全问题、评估严重性，定位安全问题的根因，并与研发工程师和测试工程师紧密合作，给出改进建议。
2 完成不同版本不同频度下自动仿真结果的安全评估，根据自动化仿真评价规则指标报出的问题，分析问题的有效性，并对研发Release版本进行问题状态管理，跟进问题闭环。
3 过程文档与数据的管理与归档：收集、分类和存储评估过程中产生的所有文档和测试数据（如场景库文档、测试报告、风险清单、运营监控日志等）；建立清晰的目录结构，确保产物归档完整且便于检索和共享

任职要求
1 计算机、车辆、人工智能等相关专业教育背景，良好的数学、物理和工程基础
2 优秀的问题分析和定位能力
3 良好的沟通能力
4 细致耐心，关注细节，具有较强的责任心
