工作职责
1.负责DFT的设计规划工作，比如 Scan,MBIST
LBIST, BSD 以及IP Test等。
2.负责自动测试向量的生成，完成DFT仿真验证工作和debug相关的工作。
3.负责 DFT相关的SDC的集成和验证工作，支持完成时序收敛工作。
4.配合完成数字前端设计流程，比如 RTL修改，Syn,FV、STA、功耗分析等。
5.支持测试和产品团队，完成ATE test工作，良率分析，量产测试诊断相关工作。

任职要求
1.本科或硕士以上学历，数字电路相关专业毕业，5年以上的 DFT 设计经验。
2.精通 DFT设计(MBIST/SCAN/BSD/LBIST)，仿真和测试流程，掌握和理解 DFT的理论知识。
3.熟悉RTL代码，数字电路设计，综合，静态时序分析等.
4.掌握主流 DFT设计验证工具，熟练掌握 shell/tcl/python等脚本。
