1、基于多视图图像 / 视频 / RGB-D 数据进行 3D 场景与物体重建
2、工程化使用并优化：
○ Feature Matching / SfM / MVS（如 COLMAP、SuperPoint / SuperGlue 等）
○ Neural Rendering（NeRF / SDF / 3D Gaussian Splatting）
3、将重建结果转化为可用于仿真的资产与场景：
○ Mesh / Point Cloud / Implicit → 仿真友好表示
○ 碰撞体、尺度、坐标系、物理属性处理
4、构建稳定、可扩展的 3D 重建 → 仿真资产工程流程
5、支持下游仿真、机器人学习与 sim2real / real2sim 验证
任职要求
1、扎实的计算机视觉 / 3D 基础
○ 熟悉多视几何、相机模型、坐标系统、尺度一致性
○ 有 SfM / MVS / 3D 重建相关项目经验
2、熟悉至少一类 Neural Rendering / 3D 表示方法
○ NeRF / SDF / 3DGS 等
○ 理解其几何一致性与工程取舍，而非只关注渲染效果
3、良好的工程与模型训练能力
○ 熟练使用 PyTorch
○ 能独立完成训练、推理、调试与系统集成
加分项
1、深度使用过 COLMAP 或自研 SfM / MVS 系统
2、有 3DGS 在重建 / 仿真 / 机器人场景中的实践经验
3、熟悉 Mujoco / Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab / USD / MJCF / URDF
4、有具身智能、机器人或仿真系统经验
