1、Java基础扎实，有分布式、大数据量、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发经验；
2、对微服务、分库分表、分布式事务有深入理解，熟练掌握MySQL，Redis ，Mongodb ，Kafka ，SpringCloud、MQTT等开源组件的应用；熟悉性能调优。
3、有较强的独立工作能力和团队协作精神，有较好的沟通表达和培养下属能力。
4、对技术有激情，喜欢钻研，能快速接受和掌握新技术，有较强的独立、主动的学习能力
5、熟悉设计模式，对 DDD 有一定理解，有基于DDD的实践经验者优先；
6、熟悉 Docker、Kubernates、Serverless 使用经验优先；
7、具备物联网、aPaaS、SaaS 等平台类产品经验优先。
