岗位职责：
1.根据客户需求进行方案设计，参与技术方案评审，与客户一起确认交付内容、验收标准；
2.支撑客户进行AI应用迁移,包括离线模型转换、昇推理代码迁移、离线模型性能调优等；
3.支撑客户进行AI应用开发,包括离线模型转换、离线模型性能调优等；
4.支撑客户进行AI模型迁移,包括训练代码迁移、AI模型精度提升、AI模型性能调优等；
5.支撑客户进行AI模型开发,包括基于各类框架的模型开发、AI模型精度提升、AI模型性能调优等；
6.支撑生态拓展，指导客户使用公司软硬件产品。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数据科学、统计学、电子信息等相关专业；
2.3年以上人工智能行业服务客服解决方案相关经验；
3.有人工智能相关项目背景，强烈的自我驱动力；
4.精通Python、C++任一种语言开发；
5.熟悉Linux操作系统，多线程编程，掌握各种程序调试技术；
6.熟练掌握不少于一种主流深度学习框架，例如：Mindspore、TensorFlow、Pytorch、Caffe等；
8.具备良好的沟通与协作能力。
9.持有华为昇腾职业认证HCIA-AI/HCIP-AI等认证。
10.中共党员优先。
