（5）使用缓存、jvm调优、序列化、RPC调用框架，有相应实践经验者优先；
（6）熟悉MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server主流数据库；
（7）具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力和自驱力。
