一、岗位职责
1. 负责公司总体信息安全规划与执行，建立与优化信息安全管理、技术、运营体系，根据信息安全保障评估的结果进行持续改进。
2. 根据业务信息安全威胁和趋势，梳理业务中各项信息安全与商业秘密的流程管理情况，对信息安全风险进行有效识别，提出优化或管控的建议方案，并推动执行整改。
3. 负责完成定向渗透测试任务，对相关重点项目，系统做漏洞挖掘。
4. 配合业务、法务、内外审计开展工作，保障业务满足相关各种合规监管技术要求。
5. 了解当前*新的信息安全威胁与趋势，*新的安全解决方案。定期对信息安全风险进行审计和评估，组织信息安全知识宣传、安全技术和工具培训、以及员工培训，提高员工的安全意识和安全防范能力。
6. 各种安全应急处理、安全事故处理。日常信息安全管理与运营。
7. 服务器、网络、应用，巡检、故障处理、安全配置提升、软件升级等，确保各项系统稳定、安全运行等。
8. 其他职责：完成部门领导安排的其他工作。
二、任职要求
1.本科以及以上学历，信息安全或计算机等相关专业，精通网络技术、服务器、Windows Server、Liunx、数据库、具备渗透测试能力等
2.5 年以上工作经验，其中3 年以上集团性企业信息安全工作经验。
3.具有较强的分析能力，良好的沟通能力，较强的团队领导力和影响力
4.具有 ISO27001 体系认证、网络安全等级保护等经验，具有基础架构实施/运营相关经验；
5.具备数据安全治理项目经验，熟悉 GDPR，CCPA者优先。
6.具有数据防泄漏项目经验，精通数据防泄漏产品架构及原理，有安全厂家或大型甲方经验优先。
7.有CISA、CISSP、CISM、CISP、CISP-PTE、ISO27001、ITIL等相关认证优先考虑。
