3：热爱开源软件，熟悉Linux，能够在Linux环境下进行日常工作；
4：熟悉任何一种Web服务器配置和调优，熟悉Nginx者优先；
5：有良好的编码习惯，对代码和设计质量有严格要求，重视Code Review 。
