岗位职责：
1、参与系统的产品调研和需求分析

2、按照需求规格说明书进行系统设计，完成系统设计说明书（包含要素：业务流程图、数据字典、接口说明等）

3、对前端相关产品设计能完成前端技术栈的规划，技术架构选型以及技术风险评估工作

4、按照设计说明书完成程序编码及测试，确保交付成果满足需求及设计的要求。能够制定合理开发计划，确保按质按量完成开发任务

5、对生产系统在运行中遇到的程序Bug、数据错误、环境异常等问题，能迅速定位问题原因，帮助运维人员进行解决

6、对所负责业务领域内的技术发展动态进行分析研究，并进行分享，推动部门技术水平不断进步

岗位要求
1、熟悉java开发语言，具有超过3个月以上实践经验

2、了解常用的关系数据库：SQLServer 、Mysql、acle，并对其中一种有使用经验。

3、了解微服务开发模式和常用的服务框架，了解Dubbo，Docker等开源工具，有一定实操经验。

4、了解前端技术知识，了解前后端开发工作的协作模式。

5、了解JQuery、ES6、HTML5、CSS3，了解主流前端框架（React, Vue, Angular）技术细节。有一定实操经验。

6、吃苦耐劳，性格乐观开朗，擅于沟通，能够承受压力。

7、擅长总结，分享和沟通，发现问题后能够跟踪并推动问题的解决
