岗位职责:
1、负责相关项目研发，参与架构技术方案设计和改进；
2、负责优化服务端性能、策略、算法，发现瓶颈并改进性能及扩展性，支撑业务高速发展；
3、根据开发规范编写各种开发文档及项目文档；
4、参与相关产品规划、需求、设计、开发及测试等研发工作。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上相关工作经验；低中高都有hc需求
2、熟练掌握Python以及一门或以上主流开发框架，如Tornado/FastAPI/Flask；
3、有良好的代码习惯，结构清晰，熟悉Git Flow版本管理；
4、熟悉Linux系统，精通常见操作；
5、有良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通，较强的需求理解能力
