③协助进行系统部署、监控与日常维护，学习并参与性能优化与线上问题排查。

专业路线：初级开发工程师 → 中级开发工程师 → 高级开发工程师/系统架构师；
管理路线：开发工程师 → 项目组长 → 技术经理/项目经理；
内部晋升：公司技术岗位空缺优先从内部员工中选拔晋升。
