任职要求：
1. 5年以上工作经验，具备扎实的编程基础，有中大型系统研发经验；
2. 具备3年及以上 Web 前端开发经验，具备独立开发模块的能力；
3. 熟练掌握 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript，具备良好的编码规范；
4. 熟悉 Vue 及其周边生态（如 Vue Router、Vuex 等）；
5. 熟悉MySQL等关系型数据库，了解索引原理，有SQL性能调优经验；
6. 熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开发框架；
7. 具备较强的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与不同团队有效合作；
8. 有强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，对新技术有学习热情，能够快速掌握并应用到实际项目中；
9. 能够熟练运用AI工具进行软件开发；
（加分项）有 Electron 桌面应用开发经验，了解其打包与部署流程。

其他要求：
1. 全日制统招一本本科及以上学历。
