【工作内容】
1、负责建立并维护公司EHS管理体系，定期开展安全生产与职业健康合规性自查；
2、组织全员安全教育培训及应急演练，监督特种作业审批流程，确保现场操作规范；
3、主导危险源辨识与风险评估工作，制定隐患整改方案并跟踪闭环落实情况；
4、对接政府监管部门，统筹应对各类安全环保检查，及时完成相关申报与备案；
5、负责工伤事故调查分析与报告撰写，提出预防措施以降低运营风险。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程或相关专业，持有注册安全工程师证优先；
2、熟悉国家安全生产法律法规及行业标准，具备独立编制EHS管理制度能力；
3、拥有1年以上制造业或相关行业EHS管理实务经验，有体系内审员资格者佳；
4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力与突发事件应急处置能力，原则性强且责任心强；
5、熟练使用Office办公软件，能独立制作数据分析报表及专业汇报材料。
