一、公司简介
中信环境环保运营平台公司系中信环境投资集团有限公司核心子公司，定位为环保产业运营主体。水务公司业务涵盖三大板块：一是水务运营，包括城乡供水、污水处理、再生水利用及管网运维一体化服务等；二是循环经济，包括循环经济产业园、固废处置及资源化利用等；三是环保工程，包括水环境治理、工业废水处理等EPC及技术服务。
二、工作职责
（一）法律文件拟定、审核
1.公司各项法律文件（协议、函件、声明、意向书等）的起草、审核及合法性审查工作；
2.起草、更新常用合同模板。
（二）投资项目审核
1.审核业务部门报送投资项目资料，评估所涉法律合规风险，形成项目法律意见并提供风险防控建议；
2.对拟投资项目开展基础法律尽职调查、设计交易架构法律方案；
3.参与投资项目商务谈判，提供法律支持；
（三）法律咨询与争议解决
1.处理公司所涉及的诉讼仲裁纠纷案件；
2.开展子公司诉讼仲裁案件定期管理、督导，参与重大案件处理；
3.为公司各部门提供日常法律、合规咨询，解答法律问题；
4.处理公司交办的其他专项事务。
（四）合规管理与培训
1.开展制度合法合规性审查、制定法律合规内部管理制度；
2.开展法律合规内部培训。
三、任职资格
1.学历：硕士研究生及以上学历。
2.专业：法律专业。
3.资格：具备法律职业资格A类。
4.工作经验：具备律所民商事从业经验或企业法律事务工作经验3年，具有国有企业工作经验优先。
5.可使用英语作为工作语言开展工作。
