3、熟悉分布式开发框架k8s、spring-boot、spring-cloud-alibaba 、dubbo、kafka、Storm、HBase、Hive等框架者优先；
4、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式缓存(redis)、消息队列(kafka)等机制,并能合理应用分布式技术，解决问题;
5、熟悉Linux环境搭建和维护；
6、熟悉javascipt、css、html，熟悉vue3等前端框架；
7、有数据库的设计经验，至少熟悉一种数据库系统Mysql/Oracle；
8、具备良好的团队意识及创新思维、自我激励能力，善于与人合作；
9、具有良好的表达与沟通能力以及独立思考并解决问题的能力。
