Tasks Responsibilities:
· Prepare commercial offers manage the preparation of all tender documents together with engineering department. Defend our offers in front of customers, conduct negotiations on prices terms & conditions. 与工程部门一起准备商务报价和管理所有投标文件的准备工作。在客户面前维护我们的报价，就价格和条款进行谈判。
· Prepare follow offers, recordders, follow-upders, build maintain all sales data. 准备和跟踪报价，记录订单，跟踪订单，建立和维护所有销售数据。
· In charge of negotiating signing the contract with customer. 负责与客户谈判并签订合
· Responsible fpayment collection from our customers. 负责客户收款。
· Ensure the best communication with all related departments to reach as a team the common target which is to satisfy our customers takeders. 确保与所有相关部门的沟通，以达到团队的共同目标，即让客户满意并接受订单。
· Build maintain up to date useful information such as market share, market analysis, past references etc. 建立和维护*新的有用信息，如市场份额，市场分析，过去的参考资料等。
· Fulfill the other work required by leader. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

Requirements:
· BachelDegree, Business Engineering background, familiar with Metro market Car builders with 2-3 years’ working experience. 本科学历，商务或工程背景，2-3年工作经验，熟悉地铁市场和车辆厂。
· Aptitude to understtechnical problems (experience in engineering is better). 能理解技术问题（有工程经验者优先）。
· Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力。
· Aggressive, ambitious, result driven. 积极进取，雄心壮志，结果导向。
· Fluent English in written. 书面英语熟练。
