岗位职责
1. 负责基于 LangChain / LangGraph 等框架开发 LLM 智能体应用
2. 负责将大模型能力封装为稳定的服务，供 Java 后端或业务系统调用
3. 设计并实现模型调用链路，包括 Prompt 设计、工具调用、上下文管理、记忆机制
4. 参与 RAG、Agent、多模型编排等方向的工程化落地
5. 优化模型调用性能、稳定性和成本，解决真实生产问题
任职要求
1. 熟练使用 Python，大专及以上学历，3年以上Python项目开发经验
2. 有 LangChain / LangGraph 或类似 LLM 框架的实战经验
3. 理解大模型基本原理，知道 token、上下文窗口、函数调用、流式输出是怎么回事
4. 有 API 服务设计经验，能和 Java 后端协作（HTTP / RPC ）
5. 对工程质量有要求，知道什么是可维护、可观测、可扩展
6. 具备数据处理能力，熟悉 NumPy / Pandas / scikit-learn 等工具
加分项
1. 做过 RAG 系统、向量检索（Milvus / FAISS / ES 等）
2. 做过 Agent 编排、多工具调用、复杂 Prompt 设计
3. 有模型落地到生产环境的经验，不是 Demo 玩家
