工作职责
1、负责企业内部 Teamcenter系统日常运维，包括服务器（Windows Server/Linux）环境维护、系统安装配置、补丁更新及版本升级，保障研发、生产等核心业务场景下系统稳定运行。
2、处理内部用户（研发、工艺、采购等部门）的系统咨询与故障报修，涵盖数据管理、Workflow流程配置、权限分配、BMIDE建模等问题，确保工单及时闭环。
3、维护系统数据完整性与安全性，执行定期数据备份、恢复测试，开展用户权限审计，遵循“*小权限原则”管控访问权限，防范数据泄露风险。
4、优化系统运行性能，排查服务器资源占用过高、数据加载卡顿等问题，协同数据库(SQL Server)管理员完成索引优化、数据清理等工作。
5、对接内部业务部门梳理需求，配合完成Teamcenter与设计工具、ERP/MES 等系统的接口维护，支持客制化功能的测试与落地。
6、编制系统操作手册、常见问题手册，组织内部用户培训与技能分享，提升用户系统使用熟练度，沉淀运维知识资产。
7、制定系统应急响应预案，处理宕机、数据异常等突发故障，事后完成根因分析与流程优化。
任职要求
1、计算机科学与技术、信息技术、工程类相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、3年以上Teamcenter系统运维或技术支持经验，熟悉系统核心模块与企业内部 PLM 业务流程。
3、掌握 Shell/Python/Perl 中至少一种脚本语言，有自动化运维脚本编写经验者优先。
