任职要求：

硬技能

1. 3 年以上 Java 开发经验，精通 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 微服务体系，能独立交付微服务。

2. 熟练使用 MySQL/PostgreSQL ，掌握数据架构原理，具有 SQL 调优实战经验，掌握 Redis、Kafka、RocketMQ、ElasticSearch 常见中间件。

3. 深入理解 JVM 内存模型、并发包（JUC）及高并发场景性能调优，具备线上 GC、线程、CPU 问题排查经验

4. 掌握 Java 测试单元和集成测试、CI/CD（GitLab CI、Jenkins）、Git 工作流与 Code Review 规范。

5. 掌握云原生技术栈：Docker、Kubernetes、Istio、gRPC/Dubbo 服务发现

6. 英语读写良好，能阅读官方文档与编写技术方案。

软技能

1. 具备良好的业务抽象能力，熟悉 DDD、设计模式

2. 善于跨部门沟通，能主动推进项目进度，具备 Ownership 意识

3. 对新技术保持热情，乐于分享，有技术博客或开源 PR 更佳。
