岗位职责：
1. 负责公司环境、健康、安全（EHS）体系的建立、实施与维护；
2. 组织开展日常安全检查、隐患排查与整改跟踪，确保符合国家及地方相关法规；
3. 制定并实施EHS相关培训计划，提升员工安全意识和操作规范；
4. 负责事故调查、分析与报告，提出改进措施并跟踪落实；
5. 协调处理环保、职业健康、安全、消防等对外事务及合规申报；
6. 完成上级交办的其他EHS相关工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科学历，环境、安全、化工、工程类相关专业优先；
2. 具备5年以上EHS相关工作经验，有制造业或化工行业背景者优先；
3. 熟悉上海地区EHS法律法规及监管要求；
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、责任心和现场管理能力；
5. 持有危化品类安全管理员证（应急管理局颁发），如有注册安全工程师等证书者优先；
