岗位职责
1、负责公司核心业务系统及服务平台的后端设计与开发，构建高可用、高性能、可扩展的分布式系统。
2、深入理解产品需求，参与系统架构设计、技术选型、模块拆分与核心代码编写。
3、持续优化系统性能，保障服务稳定性与高并发处理能力，解决线上技术难题。
4、负责或参与数据库设计、接口规范制定，并与前端、移动端协作完成数据交互与功能联调。
5、编写技术文档，推动代码规范与工程化建设，实施单元测试、集成测试与自动化部署。
6、关注线上系统运行状态，参与制定监控、报警与容灾方案，确保系统安全稳定运行。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3 年左右后端开发经验，有智能硬件、AI部署服务等业务相关开发经验
2、熟练掌握至少一门后端开发语言（如 Java/Go/Python/C++ 等）及相关生态框架（如 Spring Cloud, Gin, Django 等）。
3、熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，掌握数据库设计、SQL 优化与事务处理。
4、熟悉 Redis/Memcached 等缓存技术，了解消息队列（如 Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ）的使用与原理。
5、具备分布式系统开发经验，理解微服务架构、RPC、负载均衡、分布式锁等核心概念。
6、熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握常用命令，了解容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes）及 CI/CD 流程。
7、具备良好的系统设计能力、代码规范意识与团队协作精神，能独立承担模块开发与维护。
