岗位职责：
1.负责平台后端服务的设计与开发
2.实现 Agent 执行引擎相关 API，包括 prompt 分发、模型调用、状态记录等
3.搭建任务编排 / 调度机制，支持异步执行、链式调用
4.编写数据库 schema，处理用户数据、Agent 编排流程、执行日志等
5.设计和实现多租户能力（用户隔离、数据隔离、配置隔离）
6.参与插件开发及企业系统对接（如 OA、ERP、ESB 等）
7.与前端、AI 工程师协作完成产品闭环

职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业
2.精通.net\Java开发语言；熟悉Python语言优先，1-3年开发经验，其中1 年以上 Agent平台开发经验
3.具备AI大模型（Deepseek/OpenAI）二次开发对接经验、熟悉AI Agent或规则引擎
4.熟悉 RESTful API 设计，具备良好的接口抽象与代码结构能力
5.熟悉 PostgreSQL、Redis 等数据库，有数据库建模经验
6.理解异步编程与任务调度机制，有使用 Celery、asyncio 等工具经验
7.良好的沟通协作能力，能够与前端、算法工程师协同推进产品开发
8.熟悉 Docker / K8s / CI/CD 等基础设施，能支持客户私有化部署者优先
9.具备较强的自我驱动能力，能在快速迭代中保持技术质量与稳定性

工作地目前位于华鑫慧享城，将于9月搬至松江泗泾附近，有配套的人才公寓可供租住
