岗位职责：
作为半导体器件技术资深工程师，负责公司FPGA芯片产品的工艺、器件模型的分析与评估，以及与FAB的技术对接，配合完成ESD、寿命、失效等可靠性分析与检验相关工作。
岗位要求：
1、凝聚态物理，计算材料，计算物理，计算化学，应用数学，微电子，电子工程，半导体器件与物理，分子动力学等相关专业毕业；
2、8年以上芯片设计公司或流片制造厂家的器件工程经验，有FinFET器件开发建模经历；
3、熟悉基于工艺参数的器件级模型仿真技术，掌握TCAD相关软件的使用，如Sentaurus-TCAD，Silvaco-TCAD 或Coventor-SEMulator3D等；
4、扎实的半导体物理与器件基础，精通半导体器件电学性能测试、集成电路制造工艺流程、版图设计、器件建模等；
5、英语CET6或等同，具备良好的英语读写能力；
6、高度的工作责任心和进取心，较强的团队沟通能力，以及项目进度管理与协调能力。
