Principle Duties Responsibilities:
1 Coordinate new product project progress with process, equipment, manufacturing planning to achieve goal.
2 Coordinate fnew product sample preparing, reliability testing outgoing shipping
3 Cooperate with R&D to check, verify perform manufacturability test to ensure new product releasing with robust design.
4 Drive team work on project implementation, ensure the project smooth moving satisfy customer request on schedule.
5 Preparing new product process flow, BOM, qualifying plan data summary.
6 Support production operations fcontinuous improvement alongside production sustaining team.

Requirement of Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
1 Requires a BS degree of Electrical Engineering, SemiconductMaterial Physical (Chemistry).
2 Knowledge of electronic circuits, semiconductmanufacturing assembly operation are required.
3  Must be well-organized, self-directed, self-started, highly motivated.
4 Must be willing to work with other individuals teams to achieve corporate goal.
5 Good communication. Better to be a proactive problem solver with the ability to get results with limited resource.
6 Require English reading writing, at least CET 4.
