1.从0到1主导平台后端架构设计与核心开发；
2.负责用户、项目管理、图形化逻辑引擎、任务调度等模块实现；
3.构建高可用、可扩展架构，支撑万级用户并发；
4.基于云平台部署和运维服务，保障系统稳定；

职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，5年以上后端开发经验，有从0到1搭建中大型系统经验；
2.精通 Go/Python/Java 至少一门，熟悉其生态框架；
3.熟练掌握 MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis，具备分布式系统设计能力；
4.有丰富的云平台（火山云，AWS/Aliyun/Tencent Cloud也可）实战经验；
5.具备良好系统设计能力和工程习惯；

加分项：
有低代码/图形化平台开发经验；
熟悉微服务、Docker/Kubernetes；
对AI或机器人技术有兴趣。
